I. The 138th Canton Fair: China’s Stage for Global Economic and Trade Cooperation, a Global Feast of Innovation and Vitality

As China’s oldest and largest comprehensive international trade event, the Canton Fair has been a crucial hub connecting domestic and foreign markets since its founding in 1957, earning the reputation of “China’s No.1 Exhibition”. Today, it has evolved into a core global economic and trade platform integrating product display, trade negotiations, and technological exchanges. It also serves as a key window for China’s high-level opening-up, witnessing and driving the continuous deepening of economic and trade cooperation between China and the world.

The 138th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) was grandly held in Guangzhou from October 15 to November 4, 2025. Adhering to the development concept of “balancing scale and quality”, this session covered a total exhibition area of 1.55 million square meters with 74,600 booths. It was held offline in three phases while operating a normalized online platform simultaneously, with the core themes of “Advanced Manufacturing”, “Quality Home Living”, and “Better Life” for the three phases respectively, to accurately meet the diverse needs of global markets.

II. WINNY: Building a Cross-Border Cooperation Bridge, Leading the Delegation to Gain Insights into Industry Trends and Seize Cooperation Opportunities

Led by WINNY General Manager Zhang Yong, the Central and South American buyer delegation closely aligned with the three-phase themes of the fair and conducted in-depth negotiations in core exhibition areas in stages. As a 17-year-long economic and trade partner, WINNY focused on “precision matching + full-process support” to build a customized service system for the delegation. It assisted the delegation in conducting targeted inspections at the Canton Fair, exploring new market highlights and opportunities, and experiencing the great potential of “Made in China, Intelligent in China”.

During the event, the Central and South American buyer delegation was interviewed by multiple media outlets. They shared their experiences and gains based on personal participation, talking openly about their feelings about the fair and their expectations for future cooperation.

This trip of the Central and South American buyer delegation is not only a practice of the Canton Fair’s concept of “Connecting the World for Mutual Benefit” but also a new starting point for WINNY to deepen global economic and trade cooperation. For WINNY, the value of the Canton Fair lies not only in facilitating individual transactions but also in building a bridge for technological and cultural exchanges. “We are not just a trade intermediary; we are also the interpreter for buyers to understand ‘Made in China, Intelligent in China’ and the navigator for Chinese enterprises to connect with overseas markets,” the company stated. “By accurately grasping the needs of both supply and demand, we turn the business opportunities at the fair into sustainable win-win outcomes.”
